Melissa R Williams is a spirited CEO, certified business & life coach, licensed and ordained pastor, and energetic keynote speaker based in Dallas, Texas. She is the founder and CEO of Recherche’ Enterprises, which is currently a multi-million-dollar conglomerate of four flourishing corporations cutting across the industries of real estate, transportation/logistics, and event planning.

Melissa discovered her calling as a motivational speaker in 2001. Ever since embarking on her speaking career, she has spoken at prestigious events such as Educated Girls Rock, The Salvation Army, and I am H.E.R. International Ministries, among many others. She has been featured in the television show “Women on the Rise Atlanta” and has been a recurring guest on Nashville’s 92Q FM. She was also the host for Albuquerque’s 99.9 The Beat’s Workday Wind Down. Over the years, she has also worked with like-minded forward-thinkers and visionaries alike.

A survivor of abuse and several other hardships, she passionately yearned for a successful career and life for herself. She uses both her industry and life experience to inspire people on their success journey. Melissa has an admirable business wit and seeks to empower people to live purposefully and achieve their dreams. As a coach, she is ambitious, determined, and driven to share her testimony with people who seek results in every aspect of their lives. Melissa desires to see people be unapologetically powerful, while they, in turn, inspire others to lead quality lives as they have learned.
